Fire damaged homes
Hi,
I am looking at a house that has extensive fire damage, should I stay away from putting a house with this fire damage under contract? It's ARV is worth about 135k and I believe I can get this under contract for under 45k Indianapolis. With this fire damage is this taking a huge risk? Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks for your help ahead of time!
