Hi there,

I am a budding REI who is interested in Wholesaling in the Rochester market.

I would like to be up to speed with the market trends, laws and stipulations there as i am going to be investing from abroad  (Helsinki) I would like to have as much knowledge as possible.

Are there any forums, discussion, articles, books etc that anyone can recommend?
