Mold Test found spores, but we can't find mold

Lab report came back 65 raw ct of Chaetomium, 7,200 per m3 in the garage.  Seller opened up the garage ceiling where the test was done and can't find visible mold anywhere.

How do we go about identifying source of mold?  I'd rather know where it is before calling mold remediation.
