Ease of acquiring funding

Hi guys,

I have some questions:
How easy or difficult has it been in your experiences to acquire funding for your properties? How many lenders do you usually end up reaching out to before striking a deal? Do you usually contact them directly or through a 3rd party service? And finally, what assurances do you have that you got the best deal as opposed to going to someone else?
