Buying a house on a major street - Royal Palm area Phoenix

Just wanted to know what you guys think about buying a house on a major street (7th ave) near Northern. Its a fix up but there's a lot of potential. Nearby houses that are move-in ready and remodeled go from 350k to 480k. What do you think a reasonable discount will be in that price range due to it being on a major street?
