Hi Everyone,

I'm a newbie trying to start investing, I found a few properties in South bend, IN that I'm interested in. My question is are there any sites that are better than others to  run a area analyze, and get full property records. I've done some research but not sure where to start since most of them charges a fee. I'm excited but nervous at the same time. I can't wait to start this new journey of my life. I live in the Bay area. This purchase would be a loan. I'm trying to build my cash flow portfolio. I have good credit and about 10k to start my investments. I own my home and got been pre-approved for anther property.  I'm so eager!! but, don't want to make any mistakes.

thank you!!

Mayra G.
