Referrals for fair handyman/general contractors for Kansas City?

Hi BP,

Question for any investor out in the Kansas City area: Do you have a handyman or general contractor that you trust for your work, who also is fair priced, who is also good at being responsive and doesn't charge over-the-top?

Trying to find someone whose hardworking and fair with prices, but won't charge $1500 to change a light-bulb (exaggerating, but I think ya'll get it :).

Would really appreciate any references and reviews.
