Hi all trying to wrap my head around the multi units in and around the campus of Northern Illinois university. Anyone have experience purchasing property and renting there ? My plan is to purchase a 2 to 4 unit in the area to rent to students. Any advice or feedback on the area for those that have already invested or are located near that area.
