Hotel Condo
Hi,
I was introduced to the concept of Hotel Condos as a real estate play when I was working in Miami earlier this year. It got my attention because from what I saw it is a way to invest in a highly desirable destination and the hotel essentially can function as your property management to rent and maintain the room. I understand that hotel condos do have some of the highest HOA fees and of course the hotel will charge a fee to manage the unit.
Can anyone please discuss any experience with this type of investment? Thank you in advance.
