Looking for an Attorney to Draw up a sales contract

Hi Guys,

I'm in the process of selling a property to an acquaintance in a somewhat complicated deal.  We have agreed on terms, in general, but given the complexity we need to have it drawn up by a lawyer.

The property is in Stockton.  

Is there an advantage in using a local attorney?

Can you recommend someone you have worked with?
