Escrow payment on Seller Financed Deal
I'm Seller financing my property and will be paying the taxes and insurance through my escrow on my mortgage.
How do I charge the buyer?
Do I charge what I'm being charged, which is $738/mo or do I charge what the total payments add up to for the last payments to taxes and insurance, which is $603/mo?
