Best facebook groups for real estate investors

Hello,

New here at BP and wanted to get an idea from some folks on here to which facebook groups good to join. I realize there are some groups that blast deals and other that talk about real solutions, similar to the BP Marketplace.  Just curious to find out which groups are worth joining. 

If you have good experiences in a certain group, let me know.
