Hey Portland investors and brokers, I have a question. I am currently working with some buyers and we have a home under contract out near Damascus and Boring. It is a manufactured home on five acres and we cannot find an appraiser to do the appraisal! Apparently the lender has emailed every company numerous times and has said they would pay any cost to have it done by the end of August, and still, nobody will take it. Are any of you guys experiencing the same issues? It seems ridiculous that we can't find an appraiser to take the job for a big chunk of change. Let me know if you guys have experienced this same problem, or if you know of any appraisers who I could contact. Thanks, Chris Parrish
