Possibilities??
Hello I am wondering what my options are with this potential deal. The owner is forced to sale due to a divorce. The house is 1780 sqf. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It needs updating. The owner owes 113,000. The house comps at 135,000. The only option I can think of would be a cooperative lease option, but the owner would have to check with his attorney to see if that would suffice the court ordered sale requirement. Thank you!
