Hey I wanted to ask if any of you have signed up for fortune builders.  My wife and I went to the 3 day class in Eugene, OR.  I'm wondering if anyone might have an idea about the virtual home building they use.  At the class they said it was invented by Than Merrill.  At this point I'm unsure if that's true or not.  However what it does is virtually build a home for you and they have what are basically default plans in order for the home you are selling to make money if you decide to rehab it.  In depth question that I'm sure will come with Fortune Builders reviews.  I will say that it would have cost 20000 dollars to sign up and be a student.  Thank you all for your time.
