TLB

Hey everyone.  I am new to real estate investing and haven't actually bought my first deal yet.  I was looking around on realtor.com and I saw a house in a desirable area lower its price.  I was reading the description and it said TLB property and 4.5% buyer premium due at signing.  I understanding the 4.5%, but what exactly is a TLB property and is that a good type of property to look into?
