Buying the cheapest house?
I have been busy listening to many, many pod cast. One thing that's has come up several times is "buying the cheapest house you can find". Is this solid advise? Granted it was usually mentioned as things successful people did when they were starting out. I have had the mind set that cheap dumpy houses get cheap dumpy renters. Yes I can rehab the house but is there a point to that when the houses on either side are still in terrible shape?
