Due Diligence Period

Question on due diligence for anyone who wants to offer an opinion.  I have an out of town project that I am trying to get under control.  It is 20 units and I have a team and other projects in this market.  I am seeking a 20 business days due diligence period, including inspection, from receipt of all requested docs on  a full price offer.  The seller is only offering 15.  Is this an acceptable ask from the seller.  It is the only sticking point that is keeping me from going under contract.
