Post: Due Diligence Period

Question on due diligence for anyone who wants to offer an opinion.  I have an out of town project that I am trying to get under control.  It is 20 units and I have a team and other projects in this market.  I am seeking a 20 business days due diligence period, including inspection, from receipt of all requested docs on  a full price offer.  The seller is only offering 15.  Is this an acceptable ask from the seller.  It is the only sticking point that is keeping me from going under contract.

What is an acceptable period.  I have asked for 25 business days from delivery of all docs on a five 4-plex project and the seller won't accept anything under 15.  This is the only sticking point on getting the project under contract.  This is an out of town project where I already have two other projects and a team in place.

I have have been working to add a photo to my profile.  I am able to upload .jpeg and set the position but it does not save to profile.  Any suggestions on how to get the picture to save to my profile.

I have my first multi unit under contract. It is an 11 unit building. It is also my first time working with a partner. The two of us will be the only owners. I am trying to decide if we should hold title "tenants in common" or create an llc for the project. I'd love to get the thoughts of anyone with experience in partnership investing.
