fix and flip question
I have a property that I am trying to purchase and flip but am unable to appraise for rehab costs do to the owner not allowing any walk throughs. He is selling AS IS and advertising as a knock down. I was able to check it out from the outside and barring any major issues I believe it could be rehabbed without knocking it down. Any advice on a move forward with this would be appreciated.
