I have a basic knowledge of wholesaling and am wondering if anyone else in the area has been doing this for a long time.  Or even a short time.  I am yet to do a deal and am to the understanding that you can do this with no money down as long as you are willing to put the work in.  I currently have a full time job.  However if this bodes well maybe some day that'll change.
