I might have a wholesale deal. Ok...Arv of 160k. Seller is asking 110k without repair and 125k with repair. Now I know the numbers don't quite add up, but I'm trying to get a assignment of 10k. The way I should set up the assignment for the seller would be 100k and the end buyer 110k with 10k assignment fee??
