Hello all, I've been doing a ton of research on buying and flipping real estate. I have good credit, I have a mortgage and a job. My question is how would I be able to purchase a investment property if I already have a mortgage? I understand credit/debt ratios well. I'm just curious if anyone can relate and how I could get started with financing my venture.
