So I am new in real estate and have only done a couple transactions. I'm wondering if any pros in the DFW area can tell me what to expect for showings. I just listed a property, a 3 bedroom starter home in great condition in a pretty average neighborhood. How many showings is average per week? I know it depends on the neighborhood, property, etc. but I'm just looking for a ballpark number. Also, what tends to be your busiest day for showings?
