I have around 50k to work with at the moment. I am looking for a realtor who has experience with investors. I would like to work together. The primary areas that I was looking to invest in were Ohio, Illinois(Chicago), Dallas, Jacksonville(FL). Please give me some recommendations so that I can get in touch with them and see if they are compatible. I am ready to move forward with REI.

Steve, you have a few options really but investing remotely is difficult, I tried it once and I was only 6 hrs away . I didn't loose money but I certainly didn't make what I could have on a fix and flip. I'm in the Central Florida are and great deal are getting harder and harder to find for fix and flips but they do come along still, trick is not to hesitate and jump when you find one. I am currently looking for a investment partner that would like to do JV's with me. I'm cash shy right now but I still have a lot to offer for my end. If your interested then send colleague request and we can talk. I would recommend you reconsider about Jacksonville unless you really know the area. It's a fickle area, one has to be careful as the neighborhood can get quite bad real quick. The strange thing here in Fl. Is you can have a $400k home next to a $35k mobile, not always but it's not uncommon either.

Hope to hear from you and wish you well either way,

Michael Short
