I'm an agent with a question about a client, need advice!
Hey guys! So I'm an agent in Monmouth / Ocean County in NJ. I have a client who is a family friend and he is looking to buy a house about 1 hour and 45 mins away from me. He is very motivated, however the list of homes we have are very spread apart, about 20 minutes in between each house.. Not sure if anyone is familiar with NJ but it is huge and we have many MLS regions. I also do not have lockbox access for the area he is looking to be in... I hate to have to refer someone out because I want to make the sale and get referrals from this client... Any advice? Would you just suck it up and travel and possibly purchase lockbox access? Or refer him to another agent I know who works in that area? Thanks!!
