Nervous about first closing - Where should the money go?

Hello, first time post. Purchasing first home - cash deal. I trust my RE Agent a good amount, let's call him Bob. In NY state (upstate) it seems you need an attorney, so Bob highly recommended Josh. I have never formally met Josh but he checks out online as a lawyer and I've spoken to him a couple times over the phone regarding LLC creation (which took long but finally made it through).

Closing is in 8 days (6 business days) and I have no idea what to do @ closing. Should I receive a document? What fees should I look out for? Who is the cashiers check named out to? Should it be a wire transfer? Should the money go to Josh or an escrow or the sellers lawyer?

I basically don't want to write a huge check to the wrong entity.

Any other tips on closing would be great as well!
