Wholesaling vs equity stripping
Hey everyone!
My business partner and I have successfully wholesales around 40 deals in Indianapolis during our first ten months! Neither of us have had an active RE license the whole time...
Some opportunities have presented themselves and Long story short my business partner now has an active real estate license.
Do we need to wort about getting sued for equity striping? There's so many rules and "ethics" that realtors have to abide by that Investors don't. I have a very strong personal business ethics and I know what we are doing is not wrong, but I also don't want to get sued. I would appreciate anyone's opinion and or advise as how to avoid this situation. Thank you for your responses in advance!
