Wholesaling woes...

Hi! This is my first post on bigger pockets. I'm in a bit of a rut in starting my wholesaling business. I'm located in St. Petersburg, FL. I feel like I've done a pretty good job of networking and I feel like I've got a good start with my cash buyers list. However, I'm struggling to find properties! I'm wondering if anyone in the area has any tips or would be interested in co-wholesaling some deals since I've got a good list of cash buyers. Thanks for any help or advice!
