Solution to seller's problem
Greetings fellow F2F members. I have a potential seller who wants to sell a home. The home was her sister's home. Her sister is deceased. Now the issues. The home was actually left to a daughter who is not mentally stable enough to sell the home. Her aunt was told to meet with an attorney. However, the aunt lives in a different state than where the property is located. She was told two different things. She was told that she needed to seek an attorney from the state where she lives, then she was told that she needed to seek an attorney who is located in the same state that the property is located? Does anyone know which state she should seek out an attorney?
