Hello BP crew !

Here is the deal 

 i  have THE OK  from the owner of a piece of land to build  something like 

16 houses 10 meters away from Cristiano Ronaldo new House ( mother House ) in Madeira Island.

Need to make a plan to present the owner ann make it good for everyone.

Every idea JV or Business Idea is very welcome. We are not in a hurry so it can take 2 or 3 years to do it and sell it. Thanks everyone

ps The Ronaldo next door houses are for sale for 350k with 150 m2
