Home improvement spreadsheets
Hello,
So I am currently on my first home as an investor, and will be flipping this home. I am trying to figure out what the best spreadsheet(s) are to keep track of all the expenses so come tax time I have proof of everything and not just a folder with lots of receipts (which is currently what I have!). Are "flippers" using spreadsheets or a software system to keep record and track of all the expenses that go into a full remodel? Thank you and looking forward to hearing what everyone out there is doing!!!
