Advice on LLC or not....

Hello!! I am new to this community and was referred by a friend. I have just purchesed a 3rd Buy and Hold home. I'm looking for advice on whether establishing an LLC at this point is adventitious to us? Or simply having a high liability cap on our insurance is feasible. Thank you in advance for any advice!
