Explain your worst deal ever...

So I will start... About 4 years ago someone gave me a free piece of land. I was like...How could I go wrong? Well, after owning for 3 years and paying $90/month HOA fees, I finally gave away to next door neighbor. I couldn't sell that piece of land if my life depended on it. It was a buildable lot.

FREE IS NEVER FREE...HA, HA
