New Properties Apreciation vs Old Fix and Flip Added Equity
Hi everyone, Im a new BP member, actively reading Brandons suggested book list every day.
My question for you is:
I wonder, what is best, to buy a new propoerty on a developing area, so buying cheaper than market value because it being not built yet, and then selling it new when done and apreciated, vs buying an old bad condition one, fixing it and flipping.
Id love to read your opinion as a general investing concep, and how would you do the specific analisis of these option on a specific market.
