8/4 quad, bare studs reno cost in Jacksonville, FL
I'm looking into a quad unit, four 2/1 units that are "down to the bare studs." I'm not even 100% sure what that means at this point but I'm trying to get an idea what a complete renovation will cost? C area, so we're not talking high end fixtures or anything, very basic but I don't know if anything is in place so I have to assume plumbing, electrical, HVAC...essentially new construction minus foundation, framing, exterior walls and roofing. It might not be that bad, we are trying to arrange a showing, but just to start running some rough numbers I'd like to get an idea. I'm just hoping for a ballpark $ amount if anyone can make an educated guess. The property is in Jacksonville, FL. The units are just under 1000sf ea. Any ideas?
