Subject to and alternatives to sell
Hello everyone,
I will like to acquire a little more knowledge in regard of "Subject to". I will like to use this option but my concern is what type of options are for me to sell, whether I can sell by Lease purchase, Lease option, or just strictly Rent the property. I wan to hold the property for more than a year but I know that there are some options that are not allowed, example Selling by Owner. Thank you in advance.
