Time frame for inspections and closing??
Found a house for sale in a remote small town in Utah, around $25 per sq ft.
I usually don't call on deals that have realtors already marketing them but given the price per sq ft, I thought I'd email the realtor. I asked her the following.
I noticed your house for $40K, I see it's gutted and needs some TLC and it's in BFE. Would I be able to wholesale this house/ assign it to one of my cash buyers? and you would still get your commission?
Here's how she replied...What would be a general good answer?
