hey guys so my dad owns a construction company in nj and now that I have some money to spend from my job as a agent I am looking for Duplexes that need some work for my first live in flip please put your info below so I can contact you! My budget is 100k-200k as I plan on getting a 203k loan for a 3.5% downpayment
