San Antonio Public Lists for Wholesaling

Hi all -

Just doing some reading and seems like several wholesalers get lead lists from public records.

Does anyone have experience sourcing leads from San Antonio courthouse records, such as properties with a tax lien?

Otherwise, I was going to use a list provider for pre-foreclosures, etc., but I've heard public records are often the best bet.

Andy

Hello,

Yes you can find leads through the bexar county public records website, there is a foreclosure section where you can find leads by date. You can find pre foreclosuresforeclosures there as well. For tax liens, you can go to the tax collectors building and request a cd of all tax delinquents for $250. You can check to see if a particular property has a tax delinquency by going to free public records directory and property tax search. Hope this helps.
