Hello, I am looking to wholesale a house with 100k back taxes owed, owned free and clear. Can anyone please give me suggestions on how to handle that or of I should avoid doing the deal. Thanks!!

ask for a warranty deed, or contact the assessor and find out if they will cut a deal and when is the property subject to foreclosure.
