Any Pointers about Auction.com

Anyone have any tips about checking out properties on Auction.com ? They say they are occupied , though one I looked at was long since abandoned ( not even locked up ) but I don't see any showings or open house dates . And I'm worried if there is someone unwilling to vacate . And with them , do you have any inspection period ? Walked around one that had enough mold I could smell it from the outside in a strong wind .Just looking at some and wondering . Thanks for any advice .
