Anyone as motivated as I after hearing this week's podcast?

I was inspired by Brandon's blog post about hand written font, plus the podcast of direct mail. I decided to launch a campaign.

I'm hitting up Pre-Foreclosures, marketing as an agent for short sales and as a cash buyer, double edge sword.
