Commercial Brokers in Houston

Hi, My name is Marcus, and I am long time reader looking to invest in my first multi-family property with a couple other business partners. We've narrowed down a few potential investment locations, including Houston, and we are hoping to see if anyone has any recommendations on specific commercial brokers that have been particularly helpful. We're interested in 4-20 unit, Class B/C apartments, and we are willing to look at different price points if the opportunity makes sense. We've looked at loopnet and other public sources, but know the best deals aren't usually found online. Thanks in advance for any help!
