Dear all, 

First off all I am very happy to be here among all of you and such a wealth of knowledge.

This is my first post and I would like discuss topic on flipping. I am interested in fliping houses/apartments but would like to find experienced investor/contractor in NJ/NY area

Any help, suggestion advice is much appreciated.
