I have a property in Grand Junction, Colorado that will go on the market soon. I am considering placing the proceeds in a 1031 exchange and investing it in a couple properties in Houston, Texas. I know some of the 1031 basics from a google search but I would like to know some details from experts. Pros/cons and state laws, if any. Also, recommendations for who can help me set it up. Thank you!
