Flipping houses

Hey Everyone,

Oka so here's my situation- I'm interested in flipping houses as a career but unfortunately I don't not have the cash nor the credit history to do so. My grandmother has offered to help me out by using her credit to to get the money. Is it possible for her to get a loan from a bank to flip houses ? And if not, should we look into a private loan ?
