Seller Credit Pending on 4 Unit

Hello! I am currently in a contract on a REO multi family property. Before inspecting the property, inspector noticed that someone had broken in and took some of the plumbing copper. Tthe bank is having a contractor come out to estimate the damages and may issue a seller credit even though the contract is stated "As Is". At that time, I was also able to take a look at the damages as well as some other things I noticed about the home which now concern me. Now that the seller is looking to provide a seller credit, is this an opportunity for me to kill the deal even though I am out of my inspection contingency? if so how?
