Should I Pay My Agent or Not?

I recently just made an offer on a property that was accepted, this property was a deal i found on bigger pockets i analyzed it, searched comps, and did all my research and it works great for me. It is a for sale by owner and he does not want to use an agent says its more money to pay. My issue is I have been working with an agent and she is awesome! Really awesome!! Im a new investor and this will be my first property. While working with her she completely understands I have an investors mindset, she understands exactly what I am looking for and she has put so much time and effort into helping me. We have made serval offers (none accepted because of low offers) she has showed me multiple properties also, but this property i found on my own. I guess my question is what would the ethical thing to do be? I would like to keep the relationship going for future purchases. What are my options? Should I just pay her fees for her help, it is my first property and i believe she can help with the learning process.
