Hello my name is Matt Tomerlin and I'm a new investor with a couple of rental properties currently in my portfolio. I look forward to using the networking and tools available through BP to gain some advise from experienced professionals and hopefully find new friends and business contacts who share my interests in REI along the way. I like the buy and hold strategy and am looking forward to finding a few good fix and flips as well. I work full time as a registered land surveyor and am currently using that to fund REI but conventional loan financing requires too much cash for me to be able to buy at the rate I'd like, so I'll be researching multiple financing strategies for future purchases.
